Description
Dealing with creditor claims is a fundamental part of our job. The statutory framework and process is clearly set out in legislation but claims themselves can be complex.
This course sets out to unravel some of the complexities and ensures that you have the skills to deal with creditor claims and their bases, as well as understanding the framework within which we operate, and the respective rights and entitlements of creditors to claim, and you as IP to accept or reject.
