They set out the principles and key compliance standards which we must apply when approaching a particular area of practice: the presentation of financial information, the handling of client funds, decision procedures and connected party transactions, to name but a few.

2021 has seen a number of important changes to the suite of SIPs and given that breaches of SIPs can form the basis of disciplinary action by your regulator, it’s important to stay abreast of regulatory expectations. This webinar is an opportunity to refresh your knowledge of the current SIP requirements and get up to date on recent changes, as they apply across the UK.
